their COVID-19 vaccine record.
Quest Diagnostics labs at Fenway Health locations are only open to Fenway patients and can only perform tests ordered by Fenway Health providers.
This applies to the labs at 1340 Boylston Street, Fenway: South End, and the Borum. If you are not a Fenway patient or have an order for testing from a non-Fenway provider, please visit another Quest location in the area. See below for addresses and hours.

The MyFenway patient portal will be replaced by Epic’s MyChart patient portal on December 1, 2022. MyChart is accessible via an app and a web site and will offer improved ways
to connect and share information, view clinical information, schedule appointments, request refills, pay bills, communicate with your healthcare teams, and much, much more.

A Fenway provider is always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are a Fenway Health or Fenway:South End patient in need of urgent care and it is outside our normal business hours, please call 1-617-267-0900
and follow the prompts to reach the On-Call provider. During business hours, medical patients may contact their team nurse directly.
