Massachusetts residents can visit www.myvaxrecords.mass.gov, a web portal hat follows national standards for security and privacy and provides residents a way to electronically view and save
their COVID-19 vaccine record.
The MyFenway patient portal will be replaced by Epic’s MyChart patient portal on December 1, 2022. MyChart is accessible via an app and a web site and will offer improved ways
to connect and share information, view clinical information, schedule appointments, request refills, pay bills, communicate with your healthcare teams, and much, much more.
